LaDonna Reed-Morton (aka ‘LRM’) is the Founder and Managing Member of LRM & Associates, LLC, a labor consulting firm. Acquired through academia, two decades of government experience and nine years of practical experience navigating the various adjudication forums for resolving federal employment disputes, LRM has in depth knowledge and understanding of the laws, rules and regulations governing the United States legal system for adjudicating employment disputes, including but not limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO-Appeals); Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services (Mediation and Arbitration); Federal Labor Relations Authority (Appeals and Oversight); and the United District Court for the District of Columbia. 

LRM has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from East Tennessee State University, Master’s degree in English, with a concentration in Professional Writing and Editing, from George Mason University and a Master of Legal Studies degree, with a concentration in Employment Law and Litigation, from Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis, Missouri.
